No. They receive an email with a Stripe checkout link and pay directly — no login, no app install, no friction. You keep the dashboard to yourself.
You connect Stripe once through the embedded onboarding widget (takes about 5 minutes — identity + bank details). From then on, money from every rental routes directly to your Stripe balance and pays out to your bank on Stripe's standard schedule. We never touch your funds.
The dashboard flags overdue payments immediately and fires automatic reminder emails on day 1, day 3, and day 7. Late fees can be applied automatically at a flat rate or as a percentage.
Yes. Record manual (cash, bank transfer, cheque) payments alongside Stripe ones. The system tracks partial payments and computes remaining balance automatically.
